Różnicowy agar diagnostyczny do wykrywania Salmonelli w żywności i materiale klinicznym.
Preparation Note
Rozpuścić 29 g podłoża Salmonella Chromogen Agar (nr kat. 84369) i 1 fiolkę Salmonella Chromogen Agar Supplement (nr kat. 38589) w 1 litrze wody destylowanej. Gotować i wstrząsać przez 35-40 minut w celu całkowitego rozpuszczenia pożywki. Nie sterylizować w autoklawie ani nie przegrzewać. Schłodzić pożywkę tak szybko, jak to możliwe do temperatury 45-50°C i delikatnie wstrząsać przez kolejne 30 minut lub krócej. Przelać do chłodnych szalek Petriego.
