General description
ReadyPlate™ Płytki PC Agar o średnicy 55 mm to selektywne podłoże hodowlane. pH pożywki mieści się w optymalnym zakresie 6,8-7,2 dla wzrostu bakterii. Podłoże jest stosunkowo bogate w składniki odżywcze i nie zawiera żadnych inhibitorów ani wskaźników. Enzymatyczny roztwór kazeiny służy jako źródło azotu z wysokim poziomem wolnych aminokwasów, a następnie ekstrakt drożdżowy, który jest bogatym źródłem witamin. Źródłem węgla dla wzrostu bakterii jest glukoza, która zapewnia wydajny wzrost bakterii.
Filtry EZ-Pak to gotowe do użycia, sterylne filtry wykonane z mieszanych estrów celulozy (MCE) o wielkości porów 0,45 μm, białe, kratkowane i o średnicy 50 mm. Filtry te charakteryzują się wysokim odzyskiem.
