General description
Spectroquant® Sodium Cell Test został specjalnie zaprojektowany do analizy pożywek do nawożenia. Umożliwia on dokładną kwantyfikację zawartości sodu w takich próbkach poprzez określenie powiązanych stężeń jonów chlorkowych.
Zastosowana metoda: Jony chlorkowe równoważne jonom sodu reagują z tiocyjanianem rtęci(II), tworząc lekko zdysocjowany chlorek rtęci(II).
Uwolniony w tym procesie tiocyjanian reaguje z kolei z jonami żelaza(III), tworząc czerwony tiocyjanian żelaza(III), który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
Wszystkie zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników Spectroquant® są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metody i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
