General description
Spectroquant® Calcium Cell Test umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości wapnia w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: W neutralnym roztworze jony wapnia reagują z purpurą ftalową tworząc fioletowy barwnik, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie. Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
Wszystkie zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników Spectroquant®są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metody i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
