Application
- A precursor in sol-gel processes to synthesize nanostructured zirconia (ZrO₂), which is widely employed as a catalyst support, in solid oxide fuel cells, and in advanced ceramic applications.
- A precursor material for atomic layer deposition (ALD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of zirconium oxide thin films, enabling the fabrication of dielectric layers for microelectronics and optical coatings.
- A precursor in the synthesis of zirconium-based hybrid and composite materials, such as ZrO₂-TiO₂ or N/Zr co-doped photocatalysts, for environmental remediation and energy conversion applications.
- A precursor for the synthesis of olefin-functionalized zirconium-containing monomers, which have potential for the generation of hybrid zirconium-containing polymers.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
