Tolterodine L-tartrate is a bladder-specific muscarinic antagonist.

Tolterodine L-tartrate may be used as a muscarinic receptor antagonist to test its inhibitory effect on voltage-dependent K+ (Kv) channels. It has also been used to test its effects on multiple ion channels.
