Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Peroxidase, Anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgM and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.
