What is the recommended protocol for co-culturing keratinocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells using MCDB153 media?

    1 answer
    1. Additionally, an extensive literature search revealed an article discussing the effect of type IV collagen on fibrin assembly kinetics. The authors indicated that as the concentration of collagen increased from 0 to 100 ng/ml, the rate of fibrin assembly increased, as evidenced by an increase in the initial slope seen in Fig. 1. The article can be found at https://www.jbc.org/content/263/15/7043.full.pdf. It may be helpful to use similar guidelines.
