Application
The BioTracker™ MultiTASQ G-quadruplex G4 cell probe is optimized for detection (1) and/or the isolation of G4s (2,3). MultiTASQ utilizes the template-assembled synthetic G-quartets (TASQ) (4) concept as a biomimetic ligand for G-quadruplexes, a design which results in high specificity for folded G4.
