Detect Connexin 35/36 using this Anti-Connexin 35/36 Antibody, clone 8F6.2 validated for use in IH.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes perch Connexin 35. Does not cross-react with Connexin 34.7, a very closely related protein. Also recognizes rabbit and macaque Connexin 36, the gene homologue of Connexin 35. Labels gap junctions in retinas of perch, rabbit and macaque in immunohistochemistry.

Purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 0.1M Citrate buffer with 50% glycerol, also contains 0.1% Sodium Azide as a preservative
