This Anti-Endothelin Antibody, C-terminus, clone 3G10 is validated for use in IC for the detection of Endothelin.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes the C-terminal region of all endothelins (amino acid residues 15-21) when used as a capture antibody in IRMA assays. The antibody does not cross-react with "big" endothelin.
