Questions

  1. Hi. I need a resin for my synthesis where I can deprotect both Fmoc and Boc without cleaving the peptide from the resin. Is this resin suitable for this application? or do you have any suitable safety catch resin? Many thanks.

    1 answer
    1. Unfortunately, this material is not tested for suitability for any specific application. However, a brief search of the literature suggests that it may not be compatible for Boc peptides. Please see the links below to review Fmoc and Boc resin cleavage and protection information and products that may be helpful.
