Descripción general
El hemocitómetro Bright-Line™ se moldea a partir de una pieza única de vidrio termorresistente y resistente a los golpes. Un foso en forma de H forma dos áreas de conteo o mesetas. Una barra en "V" en el lado de carga de cada meseta facilita el depósito y reduce la posibilidad de desbordamiento hacia el foso. Cada meseta contiene una retícula de Neubauer mejorada.
La superficie reticulada está 0,1 mm por debajo del cubreobjetos, limitando el volumen de sangre o líquido en un mm cuadrado a 0,1 cu.mm y en cada uno de los 400 cuadrados (dentro del mm cuadrado central) a 0,00025 cu.mm. El contacto de las superficies planas y pulidas del cubreobjetos con los soportes del cubreobjetos produce un volumen exacto del líquido sobre el área de recuento.
