Added to Basal Medium to create Growth Medium
Human endothelial cell growth supplement is added to the basal medium to create growth medium. The complete growth medium (equivalent to Cat# 211-500) is optimized and best-suited for angiogenesis and other physiological studies.
Application
Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (15ml) has been used as a supplement for culturing:
- human type II alveolar cells
- human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC)
- human pulmonary artery endothelial cells (HPAECs)
