Descripción general

Florfenicol amine is a polar metabolite of florfenicol.[1]

Aplicación

Florfenicol amine may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Poultry and porcine muscle and liver by gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization mass spectrometry (GC-NCI/MS) with selected ion monitoring (SIM) detection.[2]
  • Food samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS) operating in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection mode.[1]
  • Chicken muscle by LC-ESI-MS/MS with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection.[3]
