Descripción general

Metrafenone is a novel benzophenone fungicide that could be used against powdery mildew and eye spot in vegetables and fruits.[1][2]

Aplicación

Metrafenone may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Vegetables by gas chromatography coupled to electron capture detector (GC-ECD).[2][3]
  • Honeybees by liquid and gas chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS).[4]
  • Animal samples[5] and earthworms[6] by LC-MS/MS.
