General description

Superdex® 200 5/150 GL is a pre-packed short glass gel filtration column for rapid purity check or screening of aggregates of biomolecules in the molecular weight range 10 000 600 000, like antibodies.

Suitability

Stable in all common buffers: 1 M acetic acid, 8 M urea, 6 M guanidine hydrochloride, 30% isopropanol, 70% ethanol, 1 M NaOH (for cleaning in place)
for high-resolution, semipreperative and analytical separations of biomolecules

Storage and Stability

Please be aware this product may be shipped 90 days before the expiration date. For more information on the batch specific expiration date, please contact technical service.
Store at 4 to 30 °C (20% Ethanol)
