Cell Line Description
The antibody binds to low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors from bovine and human tissue. It does not react with receptors from the mouse, rat, Chinese hamster, rabbit or dog.

Application
Study of hyper choloesterolaemia
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
