Application
A medium recommended for the plate count of organisms in water, foods, milk and other diary products.
Preparation Note
Suspend 23g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C. Mix well and pour plates.
