General description
Diethyl Disulfide is a chemical reactant andindustrial catalyst with significant catalytic properties. It is a compoundthat participates in solid-gas reactions, particularly with iron foils at higher temperatures, leading to the formation of iron sulfide films. It can react with hydrogen at 200°C to produce ethanethiol, exhibiting higher reactivity and selectivity compared to reactions in helium.
Application
- Pheniramine maleate in forensic toxicology: Explored the assessment of pheniramine maleate in alternative biological matrices using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This research underscores the importance of pheniramine maleate in toxicological studies, contributing to forensic investigations and therapeutic drug monitoring (Makhdoom et al., 2024).
