组织蛋白酶L是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶，主要参与溶酶体中的蛋白质分解。组织蛋白酶L降解核转录因子，并可能影响细胞周期调控。组织蛋白酶L还参与免疫系统，特别是在主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）II类分子加工过程中降解不变链，这是抗原呈递的关键步骤。它在胸腺中的表达证明对自然杀伤细胞的发育至关重要。此外，组织蛋白酶L有助于发育中的出生后中枢神经系统轴突生长和突触形成过程中的再循环过程。蛋白酶与癌症的发生和进展有关。因此，组织蛋白酶L可能是癌症的潜在治疗靶点。

制备说明
