生化/生理作用
淀粉样前体蛋白α是一种α分泌酶裂解的可溶性蛋白,具有神经保护特性。它来源于淀粉样前体蛋白。该蛋白质由612个氨基酸组成。几种 G 蛋白偶联受体可激活 αAPP 的分泌酶依赖性加工。它具有神经保护、神经源性和神经营养功能。淀粉样前体蛋白还可刺激基因表达和蛋白质表达。
