一般說明

人生长分化因子15/巨噬细胞抑制因子1(GDF-15/MIC-1)的ELISA(酶联免疫吸附测定)试剂盒通过体外酶联免疫吸附技术定量测定血清、血浆、细胞培养物上清、尿液或细胞和组织裂解液等生物样本中的目标蛋白。生长分化因子15(GDF-15)是应激反应的细胞因子。在炎症反应和组织损伤过程中浓度升高。GDF-15与代谢性心血管病风险有关。它位于脂肪细胞、巨噬细胞、心肌细胞和血管平滑肌细胞中。
