生化/生理作用

保泰松是一种肝毒素,可与血浆蛋白结合。它可用于治疗马的炎症。保泰松具有治疗强直性脊柱炎的潜力。它可通过诱导肌盲样蛋白1(MBNL1)的表达而具有治疗I型强直性肌营养不良(DM1)的潜力。它还有利于骨骼肌中肌肉氯离子通道的表达。
