应用
通过来自尿激酶活化的人血浆的亲和色谱法在研究中分离了纤溶酶和抑制剂之间的复合物。 它还被用于研究纤溶酶和胰凝乳蛋白酶激活人上皮钠通道(ENaC)的研究。
生化/生理作用
它会被α2-抗纤溶酶抑制并且阻断其与纤维蛋白的相互作用。 它消化细胞质蛋白α突触核蛋白的N-末端区域,防止其被周围细胞摄取。
纤溶酶在赖氨酸和精氨酸残基的羧基侧表现出优先的切割,其选择性高于胰蛋白酶。它可将聚合纤维蛋白转化为可溶性产物。
