生化/生理作用
神经营养蛋白-3(13.6 kDa或27.2 kDa二聚体)是神经营养蛋白家族的成员。其在人、小鼠和猪中具有相同的氨基酸序列,具有完全的交叉反应性。 NT-3在神经元群体的发育和维持中很重要,并促进神经嵴衍生的感觉和交感神经元的分化。这对于本体感受的1a传入神经元至关重要,后者将信息从周围的肌肉纺锤体传递到运动神经元,并将投影发送到脊髓小脑神经元。NT-3在上颈和结节神经节中也很重要。
