β-葡萄糖醛酸酶（β-GIc）是一种外切糖苷酶，催化复合碳水化合物的分解。[2]在人体内可将结合胆红素转化为非结合形式，使胆红素适于重吸收。使用从 Patella vulgate 获得的 ß-葡糖苷酸酶将 3-β-D 葡糖苷酸转化为吗啡。
