铁蛋白包含24个亚基,属于铁蛋白样双铁羧酸蛋白质超家族。铁蛋白由重链(H)和轻链(L)亚基组成。肝铁蛋白主要由轻链亚基组成,脾为重链。轻链亚基定位于人染色体9q13.33, 重链为11q12.3。
應用
人肝脏铁蛋白已用作体积排阻高效液相色谱中的蛋白模型,并用于合成纳米孔转位研究。还用于检测其对虾(凡纳滨对虾/Litopenaeus vannamei)的白斑综合征病毒易感性的影响。
生化/生理作用
