應用

生化／生理作用

纤维二糖水解酶（CBH）是一种纤维素酶，可通过水解1,4-β-D-糖苷键来降解纤维素。CBH是一种外切纤维素酶，可从纤维素末端切割2至4个单元。CBH I可从还原端逐步切割。CBH I常用于清洁纺织品的洗涤剂中。[1]它在37° C至50° C间存在酶活，最适温度约为45° C。该酶的最适pH为5-6。
