一般說明

ExtrAvidin是从蛋清中纯化获得的化学修饰蛋白质。
extravidin-R-藻红蛋白可结合荧光素标记的芳基乙酰胺(一种κ阿片受体)和生物素标记的抗荧光素IgG,用于鉴定表达κ阿片受体的胸腺细胞亚群。本品在免疫电泳分析中具有兔抗亲和素抗体特异性。
ExtrAvidin,一种特别修饰的亲和素试剂,结合了亲和素的高特异性、敏感性和链霉亲和素的低背景染色的优势。亲和素由四个相同的亚基组成,每个亚基包含一个生物素结合位点。
