真核生物的NADPH-细胞色素C还原酶（NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶，EC1.6.2.4）是一种位于内质网的黄素蛋白。它可将NADPH的电子传递到负责对异型生物质发挥解毒功能的多种氧合酶，其中最重要的是细胞色素P450家族的酶。NADPH-细胞色素C还原酶被广泛用作内质网的标记蛋白，以及生态污染和膳食脂质摄取的生物标记物。
