生化/生理作用

Cambinol 是一种去乙酰化酶(人类沉默信息调节剂)1/2 型抑制剂。去乙酰化酶在结构和机制上与 HDAC 1 类和② 去乙酰化酶,但共享许多蛋白靶点。组蛋白去乙酰化酶 (HDAC) 是一个复杂的酶系,参与基因表达的表观遗传调控。Sirt2 的 IC 50 等于 59μM。
Cambinol是一种β萘酚化合物,可以引起抗肿瘤活性,并破坏丝裂原激活的蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号传导。它能够抑制包括肿瘤坏死因子和白介素在内的炎性细胞因子的分泌。Cambinol是治疗炎症性疾病的潜在治疗剂。它还可在发生内毒素性和败血性休克时提供保护。
