ConA 제품 (C0412)에 관해 질문 드립니다. ConA가 Ca2+, Mn2+ 이온이 존재해야 활성화가 된다고 하는데 해당 제품은 powder형태이며 이는 따로 용액이 필요합니다. 그렇다면 이 제품 안에 저 금속 이온이 함께 들어있는 건지, 아니면 Sigma 제품 중에 이 제품을 혼합할 수 있는 PBS가 따로 있는지(있다면 카탈로그 번호 알려주셨으면 합니다) 궁금합니다.

Concanavalin A has 2 metal binding sites per monomer. Calcium and Manganese are required to bind these sites in order for sugar binding to occur. It is recommended to prepare stock solutions in PBS containing Ca2+ and Mn2+.
