一般說明

琼脂是一种多糖复合体,通过对产于太平洋、印度洋和日本海的红藻进行漂白和热水提取从获得琼脂细胞。琼脂生产离不开石花菜、粗石花菜、仙菜 、鸡毛菜和江蓠菜。琼脂含70%的琼脂糖和30%的琼脂胶。
琼脂是从红藻提取的天然聚合物,主要由交替的D和L半乳糖单元组成。这种高强度琼脂用于需要更坚实凝胶的情况,尤其适合植物细胞培养。
