亚精胺是一种多胺和三价有机阳离子。
应用
三盐酸亚精胺可作为标准品通过HPLC用于检测生物胺。
生化/生理作用
亚精胺可调节多种细胞活动,如细胞发育和分化、DNA的稳定性和凋亡。
抑制神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)。结合并沉淀 DNA;刺激T4多核苷酸激酶活性。

注意
