應用

钙黄绿素-AM是一种细胞活力染料,也可作为多药外排性转运体(multidrug efflux transporter)的中性底物。在癌症研究中,它可用作多药耐药蛋白MRP的中性底物。 用于测定人红细胞活力和老化的荧光测试法是以钙黄绿素-AM为探针。
