一般描述

芹菜素是一种270 Da类黄酮，属于属于糖苷类黄酮。它是由各种各样的植物合成的，包括谷物、谷粒、茶叶和橘子。[1]

应用

芹菜素已被用作校准标准，结合高效液相色谱（HPLC）和二极管阵列检测（DAD）对山柳菊、[2]枯柏树[3]进行定量。它已用于研究对人肾上腺皮质H295R细胞激素分泌的影响。[4]

生化/生理作用

一种植物类黄酮，研究发现它通过在G2/M阶段阻止细胞周期来抑制细胞增殖。通过细胞周期停滞和诱导凋亡来抑制生长似乎与p53的诱导有关。对肿瘤促进的抑制作用也可能是由于激酶活性的抑制以及由此导致的癌基因表达的抑制。研究还报道了抑制拓扑异构酶ⅰ催化的脱氧核糖核酸再附着和增强细胞间缝隙连接通讯。

芹菜素是一种二级药物，肠渗透性强。它具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗肿瘤的功能。[5]它是分化簇38 （CD30）核苷酸腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD+）核苷酶的有效抑制剂，可用于抑制CD30介导的代谢综合征。[6]

  2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
