準備報告

将23 g，pH 6.8营养琼脂悬浮在1000 ml蒸馏水中。煮沸以完全溶解培养基。在15 lbs. 压力下（121°C）高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。如果需要，可用5-10％v / v无菌脱纤维血强化培养基。
