應用

使用冷冻切片进行的免疫组化:1:50。

使用石蜡包埋切片进行的免疫组化:在胰蛋白酶消化抗原修复后,将石蜡包埋的组织切片按1:50比例固定在10%中性缓冲福尔马林或Fekete’s酸-酒精-福尔马林中(Mikaelian et al.,2004)。
