在人类中,I型胶原蛋白是最丰富、表达最广泛的胶原蛋白。该异源三聚体包含两个α1(I)链和一个α2(I)链条。I型胶原α1(COL1A1)是I型胶原的主要成分,编码I型胶α1链前体。它具有重复的Gly-Xaa-Yaa三肽基序。胶原α-1(I)链蛋白是胶原复合物超家族的一员。COL1A1具有血管性血友病因子C型(vWFC)结构域、胶原三螺旋重复序列和原纤维胶原C末端结构域(COLF)。

應用

I型胶原蛋白,鼠尾可用于:

生化/生理作用
