應用

DMPU-HF试剂是一种亲核氟化试剂,可用于:       
  • 在Au-JohnPhos配合物催化下将取代炔烃制备为氟代烯烃和gem-二氟甲烯。      
  • 通过氟化-Prins反应用高烯丙醇/胺和醛合成取代4-氟四氢吡喃类和4-氟哌啶类化合物。       
  • N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺的存在下通过炔烃的溴氟化反应生产相应的溴氟化化合物。

与TREAT-HF 和 Olah 试剂类似,DMPU-HF是将氟化氢用作氟化试剂的简便方法。但与 TREAT-HF 和 Olah 试剂不同的是:同三乙胺和吡啶相比,由于 DMPU 的碱度降低,DMPU-HF 对过渡金属的耐受性更强。Hammond 及其同事在金催化的炔烃单和双氟化反应中展示了其在过渡金属催化中的兼容性。
