應用

  • 作为单体,用于聚寡乙二醇甲基丙烯酸甲酯(P(OEGMA))和聚2-(二异丙基氨基)甲基丙烯酸乙酯(PDIPAEMA)经RAFT聚合反应合成多重响应性超支化共聚物。获得的聚合物可用于药物递送、基因递送和组织工程。
  • 作为单体合成嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-b-聚2-(二异丙基氨基)甲基丙烯酸乙酯(PEG-b-PDPAEMA)。这类pH响应型胶束可用于改进细胞内药物递送。DPA单体负责共聚物的pH响应性。
