一般描述

据报告,没食子酸辛酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸酯)对酿酒酵母拜氏接合酵母具有抗真菌活性。与没食子酸辛酯相关的杀菌活性是由于其充当非离子表面活性剂(表面活性剂)的能力。据报告,没食子酸辛酯(一种没食子酸烷基酯)对金黄色葡萄球菌BB568具有直接的抗菌活性。据报告其可抑制大豆脂氧合酶-1(EC 1.13.11.12,I型)的活性,IC50为1.3 μM。对防止脂质过氧化也有效。

应用

在一项研究中,使用没食子酸辛酯研究了由没食子酸辛酯组成的两个梳状超分子系统中的自组装,该系统使用同步辐射将氢键合到聚异戊二烯-嵌段-聚(乙烯基吡啶)二嵌段共聚物的吡啶基上。
