16-巯基十六烷基酸(MHA)是长链烷硫醇,可在多种表面形成自组装单层膜(SAM)。
应用
MHA 在金双锥上形成 SAM,制造纳米谐振器,用于壳分离纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱(SHINERS)。也可用于对金电极进行表面改性,灵敏检测氯氮平。通过聚合物笔光刻技术(PPL),金表面可以用 MHA 自组装,或应用于生物工程领域。
