General description
The SygRNA™ synthetic RNA system recruits SpCas9 nuclease to specific genomic targets. The tracrRNA (trans-activating crRNA) binds to a crRNA (CRISPR RNA) and the resulting crRNA-tracrRNA complex guides Cas9 protein to crRNA-specified sites in the genome. SygRNA™ synthetic tracrRNA and crRNAs are optimized for use with Cas9 expressing of cell lines, Cas9 protein, or Cas9 mRNA and compatible with a variety of delivery methods such as microinjection, lipofection, and electroporation.
Application
Functional Genomics/Transgenic Applications
- Creation of gene knockouts
- Creation of knock-in animals or cell lines with promoters, fusion tags or reporters integrated into endogenous genes
Features and Benefits
HPLC-purified SygRNA™ Cas9 tracrRNA oligo is optimized for use with a target-specific cRNA and a source of SpCas9 protein for genome editing applications.
Linkage
The SygRNA™ Cas9 tracrRNA oligo is used in conjunction with a target-specific crRNA and a source of Cas9 protein such as TGEN-CP-50UG, CAS9P, or CAS9MRNA to form active RNP complexes. Select predesigned unique crRNAs against human, mouse and rat genes at CRISPR search.

The compendium of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) has been greatly expanded by the development of RNA-interactome capture (RIC). However, it remained unknown if the complement of RBPs changes in response to environmental perturbations and whether these rearrangements are important. To answer these
