StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is specifically for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates in solution.

Application

StabilZyme HRP Conjugate Stabilizer has been used in flow cytometric assays for vaccine antibody testing. [1]

Biochem/physiol Actions

StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer protects the catalytic activity and maintains the conformation of the antibody or protein-antigen portion of the conjugate.

Features and Benefits

StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer has the following features:
  • it can be readily incorporated into almost all assay procedures
  • conjugates can be added directly to the stabilizer solution, and are then ready for storage and use
  • is also an excellent diluent, and often decreases background and increases signal for improved signal-to-noise ratios

  1. Hello, is this stabilizer can be used for glucose oxidase, lactate oxidate and cholesterol oxidate???

    1. This product has been developed and tested for use with Horseradish Peroxidase antibody conjugates in applications such as ELISA, Western Blot, ImmunoBlot, and Flow Cytometry. This stabilizer has not been tested for use in other applications or with other enzymes. The suitability would have to be determined experimentally by the end user.
