Transient receptor potential-canonical 3 (TRPC3) is a member of TRP superfamily. It is mainly expressed in brain. The TRPC3 gene is mapped to human chromosome 4.
면역원
peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 822-835 of mouse TRPC3.
생화학적/생리학적 작용
TRPC3 (transient receptor potential-canonical 3) participates in motility and capacitation of sperm. It is responsible for the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell in vitro and in vivo. TRPC3 plays a key role in a wide spectrum of Ca2+ signaling mechanisms. Elevated expression of TRPC3 has been observed in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).
물리적 형태
Lyophilized from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, and 0.05% sodium azide

Local anesthetics, particularly potent long acting ones such as bupivacaine, can cause cardiotoxicity by inhibiting sodium ion channels; however, the impact of left ventricular hypertrophy on the cardiotoxicity and the underlying mechanisms remain undetermined.
