Anti-GSK3β antibody produced in chicken is suitable for indirect ELISA and western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.
생화학적/생리학적 작용
Glycogen synthase kinase 3β is an enzyme encoded by the GSK3B gene in humans. It is closely related to protein-serine kinases and acts as an inhibitory component of Wnt signalling during embryonic development, and cell proliferation in adult tissues. GSK-3β helps in facilitating NF-κB function. It is a key endogenous factor for specifically regulating oligodendrogenesis. The genotypes may interact with major depressive disorder (MDD). GSK-3β is a proline-directed kinase that helps in forming part of the wingless signaling pathway.

Oligodendrocytes, the myelinating cells of the CNS, are derived postnatally from oligodendrocyte precursors (OPs) of the subventricular zone (SVZ). However, the mechanisms that regulate their generation from SVZ neural stem cells (NSC) are poorly understood. Here, we have examined the
GSK3β genotypes may interact with major depressive disorder (MDD) and may have a role in determining regional gray matter volume differences from healthy comparison subjects. However, any associations of GSK3β genotypes with MDD related to abnormal functional brain activity have
Glycogen synthase kinase 3beta (GSK-3beta) is a proline-directed kinase that forms part of the wingless signaling pathway. Recent studies have shown that GSK-3beta phosphorylates the microtubule-associated protein tau in vitro and in cell culture. Tau is the principal component of
Glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3)-alpha and -beta are closely related protein-serine kinases, which act as inhibitory components of Wnt signalling during embryonic development and cell proliferation in adult tissues. Insight into the physiological function of GSK-3 has emerged from genetic analysis
