Set contains 8 sterile screw cap vials each containing a Vitroid (a small disk containing the possible organisms) and 4 jars of sludge.
Contains not the phosphate buffered hydrolyzing solution. The buffer can be ordered separately under the number Z699489 (Aldrich).
