Quantum® ICP Polishing Cartridge is validated to achieve water quality suitable for trace elemental analysis (ppt or sub-ppt) from an ultrapure water feed. The compact device provides efficient and convenient access to freshly purified ultrapure water from the Milli-Q® Element (2001-2009) and Q-POD® Element systems. The cartridge is constructed with clean and high-purity materials to minimize leaching of extractable contaminants.     1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

For high-flow systems, please keep in mind that all consumable changes must be approved by a 3-digit code that only the person in charge of the system knows.

  6. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.
